We vet prospective tenants a number of different ways, depending on the type of property, including credit and financial history, criminal background checks, prior landlord references and prior business experience. Once vetted, we negotiate terms on behalf of the landlord. 

The Leasing process starts by thoroughly analyzing and evaluating each property to establish leasing procedures and attainable goals. We take into consideration property characteristics and strengths, tenant mix, competing centers, local market trends, and recent leasing economics to establish achievable rental rates for each property. We also establish the tenant qualification criteria with each property owner to provide qualified long-term tenancy for their assets.
